DEMI is seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians (Internal/Family Medicine) that are board-certified (preferred). We are placing Hospitalists for FT/PT/PRN opportunities at Kishwaukee Hospital & other west-suburban hospitals. Kishwaukee Hospital is located in DeKalb, on the Sycamore border, which is just; 30 miles southeast of Rockford, 40 miles west of Naperville, & 65 miles west of Chicago. Our west-suburban hospital location is located within 35 miles of downtown Chicago or 10 mi. from Naperville.

Kishwaukee Hospital offers:
- Flexible Shifts; 12-hr./block schedule to be determined- flexible extra shifts, days; 7 on-7 off.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personal relationships with patients.
- Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data.
- Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time.
- Schedule and administer follow-up examinations.
- Make use of patient health data in medical analyses.
- Offer comprehensive wellness exams.
- Recommending specialists for treatment outside of their capacity.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hospitalist (Internal/Family Medicine Physician).
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible: Internist (ABIM)/Family medicine (ABFM)- required.
- MD/DO.
- IL license.
